At Storage 101, you don’t need to make a reservation. Though it might be better if you have one so you can save time on the move-in day, we always welcome walk-ins.

What sizes of self-storage units do you have?

Our unit sizes range from 100 square feet to 840 square feet. To find out the cost of each unit, kindly talk to our certified storage consultants.

Is there any difference between indoor and outdoor units?

Indoor units are protected from the elements, and they tend to have broad hallways (as well as elevators in multi-story properties). Outdoor units are typically on one level, and offer the convenience of drive-up access. For vehicle storage, we provide indoor storage.

Does Storage 101 provide a lock or does anyone else have a key?

For an extra security measure, it is our policy that the unit is secured with a cylinder lock. We sell these onsite and you have the only keys.

Am I renting the space month to month or am I on a lease?

There is no lease with Storage 101. Our services are based on User Agreements, so you can renew your rent weekly and pay every 4-weeks for convenience.

Does Storage 101 send monthly invoices?

No, we only invoice upon request, although we do give you a friendly reminder before your rent comes due. We give you the chance to pre-authorize payment in advance, by debit, credit card, or by mailing a cheque or you can simply pay online, with a credit card, through our website.

Will your staff help me move in to my storage unit?

Unfortunately, our staff cannot assist you. However, we provide complimentary dollies for your convenience. Additionally, we can recommend a reliable mover for professional moving, though you may people prefer to work with friends and family members.

Will you accept packages for me if I can't be there?
